The inspection visit of EUSA Technical Delegate Dušan Vystavěl took place last week and this key meeting was held in the Faculty of Physical Culture at Palacky University.

The Dean of the Faculty Mr Michal Šafář together with Vice-Dean Mr Svatoslav Horák welcomed Mr. Vystavel and Mr Jindřich Smička, Event Director of the faculty facilities. Accommodation and board venues were inspected, and other operational matters discussed.

Sports venues were inspected by Ms Szava Zsigmond, International Orienteering Federation (IOF) Senior Event Adviser, in previous months.

The Czech organisers are very experienced (e.g. World University Orienteering Championships 2014, Orienteering World Cup Final 2018) and we trust that this Championship will be the best showcase to promote Orienteering within the EUSA family ” say Ms Zsigmond.
